The location was MAGNIFICENT and favourable, close to sea & beach and a damn waterfall. It also was on daily events.

The room I booked was dingy!

The room was immaculately clean and complete with garden and 1 bed with view to garden, as for instance. Paid usd 512. Location - excellent, close to the restaurants, beach, and nature. Really helpful staff during our stay.

Internet connection was terrible.

The rooms where spotlessly clean and beautiful and included climate control and an individual safe etc. The location seemed magnificent and good on daily events. The hotel was clean with amazingly attentive and extremely friendly staff.

i had an exceptionally clean room with 1 bed with view to garden and everything was beautiful. the staff was incredibly attentive, helped me a lot. the location of the hotel was particularly good - just a pleasant stroll away from el meco.

The hotel did a great job of including everything in the all-inclusive package. I loved that I didn't have to worry about extra charges for food and drinks. The variety of options and activities available at the resort was impressive. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, but overall, everything exceeded my expectations.

Spent Xmas at a resort and it was amazing! The food was delicious, and the many restaurants had lots of variety that suits every palate. The live entertainment was great and there was karaoke to add some fun. The location was perfect, the resort had direct access to a lovely beach and the swimming pool was amazing for early morning and late night swim. What a bonus to have a private cabana in the swim-out room, it was great!

The service was lacking. The staff seemed inattentive and sometimes uninterested in helping guests.

Everything was perfect, so were great views to garden. The location was excellent and particularly good, on daily events. Besides, it was next to nature, and garden. Suite accommodated us perfectly. We had climate control and an individual safe in the room.
